Katherine has worked for 10 years as a qualified Nurse within the private sector and the NHS, having worked across numerous different trusts and specialties. Katherine Rose Bridges has also worked with Trusts, CCGs, and Health technology giants worldwide to help them meet the clinical safety standards required to buy and sell software into the UK market.

She is incredibly passionate about changing how people seek primary care within this country. Helping people to access services more easily, empowering people to take more of a proactive and responsible approach to their healthcare needs through community education.

She strongly believes that by working with community pharmacies to provide these services we can reduce health inequality within this country and improve health outcomes for our most vulnerable members of society.

Meet Michael Winnister – He has recently joined our Charac team and brings a passion for supporting community pharmacy in these challenging times. His commitment to primary care is palpable and is passionate about driving innovation within this sector to help increase revenue streams for Pharmacies.
He comes with over 13 years experience working within the community pharmacy sector and his most recent role was working with the UK’s largest wholesaler, Alliance Healthcare.
Michael has worked in various roles throughout his career, including shortline telesales, account management of small independent pharmacies along with some of the largest independent multiples in the industry. Michael understands that having a patient relationship management platform is key to unlocking the true value of Independent community pharmacies which will allow them to become the window into primary care in the UK.
His passion, drive and commitment to the pharmacy sector is second to none, we’re hugely excited to have him on board, welcome to the team Michael.

Meet Abbas Khedapa, our pharmacy partner executive at Charac. Abbas has worked within the community pharmacy sector for over 4 years, after qualifying from university with an MPharm degree. He has worked in various community pharmacies in different roles, establishing different workflows and adhering to the changing environment within community pharmacies.

Abbas is incredibly enthusiastic about how technology is at the forefront of healthcare. Allowing people to access their basic health needs through a platform such as Charac makes the patient journey an enjoyable experience and maintains the relationship between pharmacy and patient.

Abbas is adamant that providing a platform that enables community pharmacies their own personalized app will help them to digitize their business. It will also allow the pharmacist and pharmacy staff to dedicate their time to their patients, whether it is just for a quick chat or to access many of the services community pharmacies offer.

Meet Erine Gunawan – She is our newest addition to our Marketing department. Erine is a driven social media savvy in marketing. She grew a start-up social media account and created brand awareness on the hottest social media platform – TikTok, bringing 15+k reach to the account. She will bring Charac to the all social media platforms and build a brand image that echoes Charac’s mission and values to our user-base.


Have been working with startups since her university days, Erine found her passion lays in innovative problem-solving technology and the healthcare industry. Coming to the industry as a fresh postgraduate, she brings a new perspective to the team and triggers creativity in offering branding and marketing services from Charac to our target audience.


Erine works closely with our pharmacies to accommodate all their marketing needs, from leaflets to digital assets. She makes sure your pharmacy communicate and engage with the patients through your marketing communications, making your pharmacy the top of mind when it comes to healthcare.

Amy has 9+ years of experience as a customer services representative in retail and financial services. Amy is passionate on providing the best in class customer services team in Charac and helping patients and pharmacies to have the best possible user experience on the Charac platform.

Meet our CEO and Founder Santosh Sahu
He has 20+ years of experience in building tech platforms and business solutions and is passionate about digitising independent community pharmacies, helping them survive and thrive whilst transforming primary care within the UK.
His recent experience includes founding and leading “On The Dot” as CEO, a last-mile delivery platform within the CitySprint Group. Santosh has a very good understanding of value drivers for investors and has proven experience of building great teams and products.

Devaraj leads Charac’s world class engineering team. He and His team contributing to the development of world-class microservices and devops-based technology powered by AI and machine learning at Charac. With over 15 years of experience in building exceptional software products, his passion lies in forming and leading outstanding engineering teams.
Over the past 13 years Devaraj has provided technical leadership and delivered scalable solutions at Ladbrokes, William Hill, BCG, Samsung, Harman and TUI Travel He has a B.E. degree from Anna University, India.
